Who am I
I am Michael, Professional Kung Fu and Fitness Instructor in Tokyo.
I am practicing traditionnal kung fu and sanda (chinese boxing) since I am 4 years old. Till this age I have practiced this martial art almost every day without exception. I ate, drank, lived kung fu. After winning several competitions and championships from regional to international areas, I began to focus on coaching.
First I was in charge of children and teenagers training for their developpement through kung fu practice. On the other hand, I was busy with the competitors' training and help them reach an international level. I am black belt 4 duan, and 2nd degree instructor. I have spent almost 6 years in special forces as an officer in the French army, where I improved my close combat and fitness skills and my quietness in front of any kind of danger.
I taught Kung fu sanda on my dojo in France, and after on French army special forces. I am now providing my expertise to the Tokyo community since one year and a half now.
What we do:
I am here to help you reach your goals no matter what they are: - keeping good health - lose weight - keeping strength level
Once you have reach 30 years old, every 8 years your chance to die doubles. Having balanced life routine can help you reduce this risk and the ageing process. - learn kung fu traditionnal - Learn sanda - train core workout
Life is about moving and thinking. Nowadays, our daily life is generally less based on moving and more on thinking and speaking. We tend to lose the connection between our body and mind doing everyday repetitive actions, no matter the kind of job you have.
I am giving you three types of lessons: 1- Private lesson 2- Group lesson 3- Skype lesson
